- Work with existing partners.
- Attract new affiliates (process incoming leads from the manager and conferences, independently search for leads, negotiate and onboard new partners).
- Support the operational work of the buying team.
- Experience in affiliate networks.
- Experience in iGaming with gambling/betting traffic.
- Attention to detail, resourceful approach, ability to analyze data and influence results.
- Strong sales skills.
- Communication within the company in Russian. Knowledge of English at C1 level.
- Flexible schedule, remote work format.
