- Search, connect, and develop affiliate partners and webmasters in Mongolia
- Scale the affiliate network and build long-term relationships
- Full cycle work with partners: negotiations, onboarding, launch, and support
- Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
- Analyze traffic efficiency (FTD, deposits, ROI, retention)
- Optimize and scale successful partners
- Monitor the market, competitors, and new opportunities
- Fluent in Mongolian
- Excellent understanding of the Mongolian market and local affiliate ecosystem
- Working level of English
- Experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming, or performance marketing is a plus
- Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
- Strong negotiation, communication, and KPI management skills
