Generate ideas and develop concepts for regular Patreon exclusive content (texts, visual references, publication formats) with subsequent task assignments to studio staff.
Develop and implement strategies for subscriber base growth and retention.
Organize and conduct cross-promotion activities with other authors, creators, and projects.
Communicate with the audience, maintain high engagement and a healthy atmosphere in the community.

Experience in community management, preferably with a focus on Patreon or similar platforms (Boosty, Substack, etc.).
Copywriting skills: ability to create engaging and persuasive texts.
Proficiency in Figma for creating banners, post designs, and visual content.
Networking skills: ability to negotiate collaborations and find common ground with other projects.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must for working with an international audience and partners.
High degree of autonomy and initiative: you can set your own tasks, build processes, and achieve results without micromanagement.
Clear focus on measurable results (growth in subscriber count and revenue).
