- Ability to write concisely and effectively
- Ability to explain complex topics simply
- Work with data, examples, conclusions
- Understanding of payment infrastructure (acquiring, PSP, gateways)
- Understanding of crypto context (blockchain, stablecoins, DeFi)
- Knowledge of regulations (AML/KYC, licenses)
- Work with primary sources (white papers, reports, documentation)
