CTO / Chief Technical Officer (Media Buying)

Responsibilities

• Audit current infrastructure, internal systems, and developments.
• Assess technical debt, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Prioritize backlog and form technical roadmap.
• Develop and scale internal infrastructure.
• Design internal services and automation tools.
• Improve development processes and quality of technical solutions.
• Manage the technical team and distribute responsibilities.
• Build interaction between tech team, buying, and owners.
• Participate in hiring and developing technical specialists.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience as CTO / Tech Lead in an arbitrage team or holding in iGaming / Crypto.
• Strong hands-on technical background.
• Experience in building or significantly restructuring technical direction.
• Experience in managing a development team and building processes.
• Understanding of infrastructure, DevOps, security, and fault tolerance.
• Practical experience with databases, APIs, and integrations.
• Understanding of media buying specifics: trackers, farms, inflow, anti-detects, and process automation.
• Experience working with teams inflowing on Meta and/or Google is a significant advantage.
• Ability to link technical solutions with business tasks and results.
