Support the CMO in refining and executing VBET's global brand positioning.
Co-drive the implementation of a unified, yet culturally adaptive brand strategy across all territories.
Help drive global growth and revenue through high-impact marketing strategies tailored to the gambling and crypto industries.
Act as a key point of coordination with regional executives.
Support the development of a team of senior marketing professionals.
Ensure strong financial discipline across marketing operations.
Help safeguard a consistent, high-impact brand image and voice across all platforms.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, regulators, and industry contacts.
Drive cross-market synergies while respecting cultural authenticity.
Deputize for the CMO where required.

7+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in iGaming (ideally B2C).
Proven experience supporting or leading multi-regional marketing strategies.
Solid experience in data analytics, financial forecasting, and performance-driven marketing.
Experience contributing to brand transformation or repositioning across countries or business units.
A degree in marketing, business, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
World-class communication skills in English and Russian (additional languages are a plus).
A solid professional network in relevant industries and regulatory environments.
Entrepreneurial energy with a "no-excuse" mindset.
