Field Service Technician (Casino/Gaming) - Arizona

What You'll Do

  • Provide on-site technical support for Fintech, gaming, and loyalty equipment, ensuring systems are operating efficiently
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hardware, software, and networking issues to identify root causes and resolve problems
  • Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and site surveys for new and existing equipment
  • Serve as the primary customer contact during service visits, delivering a high level of service and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service reporting in a timely manner
  • Travel throughout Arizona (and occasionally Southern California), including overnight stays when needed
  • Participate in an on-call rotation every 4–6 weeks for after-hours and weekend support

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role
  • Background in ATM, slot machine, cable, telecommunications, or similar field service work preferred
  • Basic understanding of IT, networking, hardware, and software systems
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in the field
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently (50–75%)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active environments
