Investment Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze potential investment projects and companies;
• Study financial and management reports, financial models, and business structure;
• Assess business value, investment attractiveness, and potential profitability;
• Communicate with founders, shareholders, and top management of companies;
• Build and analyze complex financial models;
• Formulate investment cases (Investment Memo) for presentation to stakeholders;
• Coordinate the Due Diligence process and interact with internal teams;
• Participate in negotiations and support transactions until closure (subsequently - portfolio monitoring).

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the investment field, company valuation, M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or related areas;
• Practical experience in evaluating real companies or investment projects;
• Proficient in financial modeling (Excel);
• Skills in analyzing financial reports, budgeting, and building financial forecasts;
• Experience communicating with business representatives in project or deal evaluations;
• Ability to independently gather, structure information, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Systematic approach, analytical thinking, and a high degree of independence.
• Advantageous: English language and a relevant higher education (finance/economics).
