  • Create a unified access audit framework: methodology, frequency, evidence collection, and reporting templates.
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc access audits, including privileged and administrative accounts.
  • Check GCP IAM, LDAP, and PAM for outdated accounts, excessive rights, and configuration errors.
  • Support remediation actions with system owners until closure.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Access Engineer, IAM Auditor, or in a similar role.
  • Experience building an access audit process from scratch.
  • Practical experience with GCP or LDAP: roles, rights, service accounts, and org policies.
  • Experience with PAM and IGA tools, such as One Identity, Okta, Entra ID, or Keycloak.
