Media Buyer (TikTok & Google Ads)

• Independent launch, management, daily optimization, and scaling of advertising campaigns in TikTok Ads;
• Search and testing of new combinations, approaches, offers, and target GEOs;
• Setting clear tasks for designers to create creatives, controlling their quality;
• Analytics of launched campaigns, budget spending control;
• Technical control: preparing accounts, proxies, payments, setting up tracking and pixels;
• Maintaining regular reporting on key metrics (spending, income, ROI, profit).

For Team Lead:

• Managing a team of media buyers in TikTok: coordinating work, distributing budgets, controlling team KPI and ROI fulfillment;
• Building and maintaining a stable technical infrastructure;
• Training, mentoring, and onboarding new buyers.

• Experience working with TikTok in iGaming for at least 1 year;
• Deep knowledge of TikTok Ads optimization algorithms and targeting, working with pixels, custom audiences, optimization;
• Understanding of attention retention specifics;
• Experience with anti-detect browsers, trackers, agency accounts;
• Understanding of cloaking principles and bypassing TikTok moderation in gray niches;
• Ability to work with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting;
• Clear understanding of metrics: ROI, CPA, CPL, CPC, CPM, CTR, CR.
