Key Responsibilities

• Develop and scale payment infrastructure for multiple GEOs.
• Search, evaluate, and connect new PSPs, acquirers, APMs, banks, and local payment solutions.
• Set up and launch payment gateways from scratch: market analysis, negotiations, commercial terms, integration support, launch, and optimization.
• Build long-term relationships with new payment partners and develop the existing portfolio.
• Analyze payment conversion, approval rates, error mapping, total processing costs, risks, and user experience.
• Identify new opportunities to enhance the payment ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product, risk, compliance, finance, and technical teams.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Payments in High-Risk.
• Practical experience in building payment infrastructure.
• Experience in independently launching new payment directions and projects from scratch.
• High level of autonomy: ability to make decisions independently, prioritize tasks, and drive initiatives to completion without constant supervision.
• Experience working with multiple brands and high operational load.
• Good understanding of the PSP, APM, acquiring, BIN sponsors, local payment methods, and high-risk processing specifics.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in concluding mutually beneficial exclusive commercial agreements.
• English language - Upper-Intermediate and above is a mandatory requirement.
